The following is the description of the cleaning STANDARD CLEANING:

KITCHEN: Wash and scrub sink, Clean inside and outside of microwave, Clean countertops, Clean outside the fridge, Clean outside the oven, Vacuum all floors, Mop all floors, Take out trash and recyclables and throw them in your house/apartment street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: Wipe cabinets + remove cabinets grease, Clean inside the fridge, Clean inside oven, Clean behind the oven and refrigerator, Clean windows (windowsills and glass doors “interior only”) Clean baseboards, Tile grout cleaning (floor and wall), Remove ceiling grease, Wipe down door handles and light switches, Blinds cleaning with a duster, Clean inside dishwasher.

BATHROOMS: Wash and sanitize toilet (shower and sink), Dust and wipe all reachables surfaces, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Wipe down door handles and light switches, Vacuum all floors, Mop all floors, Clean baseboards, Take out trash and recyclables and throw them in your house/apartment street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: Tile grout cleaning (floor and wall), Remove ceiling mold, Clean window (windowsills and glass doors “interior only”), Blinds cleaning with a duster.

BEDROOMS AND COMMON AREAS: Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Vacuum all floors, Mop all floors, Take out trash and recyclables and throw them in your house/apartment street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: Wipe down door handles and light switches, Clean baseboards, Clean small and removable wall dirty spots, Clean windows (windowsills and glass doors “interior only”), Blinds cleaning with duster, Clean laundry room (Inside Home), Clean the ceiling fans.

• **In case your home had any construction, remodel, or paint you should book a Post-Construction Cleaning.**

• ***If the blinds need to be clean with a damp cloth it will be changed $10 per blinds. (this service will only be done with the client’s permission).***

• ****Cleaning of Windows, Glass Doors and Blinds that are within arm reach (Interior only).****

• *****We do not remove stickers and glue residue on any surfaces (ex: walls, counters, glass surfaces, and other)*****

• ******We don’t clean outside areas; only inside house cleaning.******

• *******In case the house has an excessive amount of trash or an unusual sanitary condition, we will charge an extra fee. (We will only start the service with the customer’s permission).*******
