The following is the description of the cleaning REGULAR MOVE-IN/OUT CLEANING:

KITCHEN: Wash and scrub sink, Wipe cabinets, Clean inside the cabinet (cabinets must be empty), Clean inside and outside of microwave, Clean countertops, Clean inside and outside the fridge (the fridge must be empty), Clean inside and outside the oven, Clean windows (windowsills, and glass doors *interior only*), Vacuum all floors, Mop all floors, Clean baseboards, Wipe down door handles and light switches, Blinds cleaning with duster, Take out trash and recyclables and throw them in your house/apartment street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: Remove cabinets grease, Clean behind the oven and refrigerator, Tile grout cleaning ( floor and wall), Remove ceiling grease, Clean inside dishwasher. 

BATHROOMS: Wash and sanitize toilet (shower and sink), Dust and wipe all reachables surfaces, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Clean inside the cabinets (cabinets must be empty), Wipe down door handles and light switches, Vacuum all floors, Mop all floors, Clean baseboards, Clean windows (windowsills and glass doors ” interior only”), Blinds cleaning with duster, Take out trash and recyclables and throw them in your house/apartment street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: Tile grout cleaning (floors and wall), Remove ceiling mold.

BEDROOMS AND COMMON AREAS: Clean inside the cabinets (Cabinets must be empty), Dust and wipe all reachable surface, Wipe mirrors and glass fixture, Wipe down door handles and light switches, Vacuum all floors, Mop all floors, Clean baseboards, Clean windows (windowsills and glass door “interior only”), Blinds cleaning with duster, Clean laundry room (Inside Home), Take out trash and recyclables and throw them in your house/apartment street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: Clean small and removable wall dirty spots, Clean the ceiling fans.

• *To book a Regular Move-in/out Cleaning or Heavy-Duty Move-in/out Cleaning your home needs to be completely empty (no furniture or personal items) otherwise your should book a Regular Deep Cleaning or Heavy-Duty Deep Cleaning.*

• **In case your home had any construction, remodel, or paint you should book a Post-Construction Cleaning.**

• ***If the blinds need to be clean with a damp cloth it will be changed $10 per blinds. (this service will only be done with the client’s permission).***

• ****Cleaning of Windows, Glass Doors and Blinds that are within arm reach (Interior only).****

• *****We do not remove stickers and glue residue on any surfaces (ex: walls, counters, glass surfaces, and other)*****

• *****We don’t clean outside areas; only inside house cleaning.*****

• ******In case the house has an excessive amount of trash or an unusual sanitary condition, we will charge an extra fee. (We will only start the service with the customer’s permission).******
